  • Joined H.C.M.S ( Of Haryana Government  Health Department ) as Medical Officer in the Year 1979
  • Promoted as S.M.O in the Year 1982
  • Promoted as M.S and Deputy Civil Surgeon in the Year 1985
  • Promoted as Civil Surgeon / Principal Medical Officer in the Year 2000
  • Retired from the Government Service from the Post of P.M.O / Civil Surgeon in the Year 2014
  • Experience of Government Administrative Head of Health Department of Haryana 35 Years
  • After retirement from the Government Service, Joined the Private Sector Hospital at Dwarka  ( Health Department ) as Medical Superintendent Since 2014 till 2018
  • Joined the Cygnus MLS Hospital in the Year 2018 
  • Got  Many Awards of Best Administrative Officer Of Health Department for the Excellent Work Done in the Health Sector
  • Got Appreciation the Excellent Work done in the Covid Management Program during the Year 2020 and 2021

INTRODUCTION:

Cygnus MLS Hospital is a joint venture of Cygnus MLS Super Speciality Hospital Pvt. Ltd. It is an 86 Bedded ( Projected to be 100 Bedded Soon) project having all basic departments, like General Medicine, General Surgery  (Laparoscopic), Gynae and Obst, Paediatrics, Neonatology, Orthopedics and Super Specialties like Neuro Surgery, Advance Trauma Center, Joints Replacement, Modern Dialysis Wing, Cardiology, IVF,  Supported by facilities like ENT, Ophthalmology, Audiometry, Dermatology, Physiotherapy, and Dental Department, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Psychiatry, and Diagnostic facilities like X-Ray, U/S, C.T Scan, and Lab Services.

It has state of art 12-Bedded ICU, and 06 Bedded CCU with the latest monitoring gadgets and a ventilator, etc. It has also well equipped 06 bedded dialysis unit. It has started an art flat panel Cath lab with all the facilities.

04 Bedded NICU, 03 Bedded PICU, 2 Modular OTs, modern infrastructure complying with all statutory, safety guidelines and fulfilling quality standards as per NABH. To start with 51 beds were operationalized and registered with DGHS Delhi with effect from 15.12.15 and now bed capacity has been enhanced to 086 with effect from 13.06.17.

Its group CEO Dr. Dinesh Batra has vast experience of almost 30 years in the field of Health Care Industry Cygnus Group has collaborated with MLS Hospital Pvt. Ltd. for a joint venture named Cygnus MLS hospital Pvt. Ltd. to run the hospital Sh. Vijay Sharma s/o late Sh. Madanlal Sharma is a known Personality in this area running many hospitals and Schools etc. Mr. S.K. Saluja (Chairman) has Vast Experience in Government Administrative Service along with Experience in Running Schools ( Presidium Schools ) and the Hotel Industry along with Hospitals.
